S$0.20 per Class Attendance, subject to a minimum of S$180.00 per year.

  • "Class Attendance" refers to each participant per exercise session. A participant attending multiple exercise sessions shall be counted as a separate "Class Attendance" for each session attended.
  • On a quarterly basis, instructors shall submit to COMPASS:
    (i) quarterly attendance declaration; and
    (ii) a list of musical works used during the relevant quarter.
  • Where the total number of Class Attendances in a licence year exceeds 900, the Instructor shall pay additional permit fees calculated at S$0.20 per Class Attendance. Any additional permit fees invoiced by COMPASS shall be payable within 14 days from the date of the invoice.
  • This tariff rate applies solely to stand-alone exercise sessions conducted independently by Instructor and does not apply to classes conducted as part of a larger event, festival, competition, convention, or similar organised activities

    Notes
    (1) Applications must be received by our office at least 2 weeks prior to commencement of the annual coverage. In the event of inaccuracies in the application, a new form must be submitted.
    (2) Payment of the minimum sum must be received by our office at least 3 working days prior to commencement of the annual coverage. There shall be no proration or refund of the minimum sum paid.
    (3) COMPASS reserves the sole discretion to decide which tariff scheme applies for the music usage.
    (4) Please refer to the details of the tariff scheme found enclosed to the application form.
    (5) Rates are subject to GST.
