No Category  Cost
1 Transmission and making available(excluding IPTV and Karaoke-On-Demand services) of music/video including downloads
(Music Videos, Mp3 music files, ringtones etc)		 12% of gross revenue subject to
minimum charge of
- S$0.15 per audio download
- S$0.30 per video download
with an annual non refundable upfront fee of S$25,000 per year
2 On Demand Streaming(excluding IPTV and Karaoke-On-Demand services) of music/videos over mobile platforms where no downloads are involved*
 6.25% of gross revenue subject to minimum upfront fee of S$25,000
per year
