If you are eligible and meet the qualifying criteria, you may download the form (writer or publisher) and submit it together with the requisite documents including the deed of assignment below-mentioned.

Note that assignment of Performing Rights is compulsory and exclusive for all Members, whereas assignment of Reproduction Rights is optional.

If you do not meet the qualifying criteria, you may still join COMPASS as an AFFILIATE MEMBER (S$10 registration fee will be levied). As an affiliate Member, you will be able to get regular updates on the Society’s activities as well as information and development regarding copyright issues. You may also attend seminars and activities organized by the Society without charge, or at a subsidized rate, wherever applicable, from time to time. You may download the Affiliate Membership Application Form and revert it together with a S$10 registration fee. Payment by cheque only, and it should be crossed and made payable to COMPASS. Please do not send cash via post.

All membership applications will be reviewed by the Board at scheduled Council Meetings, held on a quarterly basis**.  Hence, please allow 3 months period of processing.
