| PLAY & DRAMA PERFORMANCES; VARIETY SHOWS (With Admission Charges) |

- 1.25% of Gross Receipts, subject to minimum of $150 per show
- Complimentary tickets that bear no printed value
- No royalty charge if quantity is not more than 10% of tickets sold
- For quantity exceeding 10%, the excess issue will be subject to royalty charge based on 1.25% of the lowest full (undiscounted) ticket price.
Variety show refers to theatrical entertainment consisting of successive unrelated acts featuring magicians, acrobats, comedians, trained animals, singers, and dancers.
